- Taxi prices are the official fares for licensed Puerto Rico taxis plus our booking service. Download the official SJU airport taxi rate sheet (PDF).
- On taxi rides the form adds the official charges for you: $1 per suitcase, $1 for late night pickups from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., $3 for pickups at the airport and $2 for a sixth passenger.
- You pay a small reservation fee online and the rest directly to your driver. Totals are rounded up to the next $5.
- Highway tolls, parking, entrance fees, food and gratuity are not included.
- Tell us how many guests are riding so we send a vehicle where everyone fits.

Reserve with a small fee
Pay a small reservation fee online with PayPal or a credit or debit card. The form shows the exact amount before you pay, and that holds your ride.

Meet your driver
We confirm your driver and vehicle and send you your driver’s WhatsApp, so you can talk directly before and during your trip. Your driver meets you at the agreed time and place, and you pay the rest directly to the driver.
The online payment is nonrefundable, but you can change your date once at no charge with at least 24 hours of notice. If we cannot provide your ride, you get it back in full. Your ride is provided by one of our local partner drivers. Taxi drivers charge the official fare, never more than the balance shown on your confirmation.
San Juan Airport Transportation and Shuttle Service
Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is where most visitors start. With a reserved San Juan airport transfer your price is set before you fly, your driver is ready for your arrival time, and your group and luggage ride in one vehicle. It works the same way in reverse for your trip back to the airport, and for rides between the airport, your hotel and the San Juan cruise piers.

Getting Around Puerto Rico With a Group
Minivans carry up to 6 guests and passenger vans carry up to 14. The price is for the vehicle, so the more of you there are, the less each person pays. Group transportation in Puerto Rico is popular for weddings, family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette trips, corporate events and transfers to the ferry terminal in Ceiba for Vieques and Culebra.

How do I get from San Juan airport to my hotel?
You can take a taxi from the airport taxi stand, use a ride app, or reserve a transfer ahead of time. With a reserved transfer the price is fixed before you travel and the vehicle is sized for your group and luggage.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Four guests in a regular cab pay the same total as one guest.
Are your taxi prices the official rates?
Yes. Taxi rides use the official fixed and metered fares for licensed Puerto Rico taxis, with the official charges for luggage, late night, airport pickups and extra passengers. Our booking service is added on top and is what you pay online. You can download the official rate sheet.
What is the difference between the white and the black vehicles?
White vehicles are licensed taxis. Black vehicles are private vehicles with their own driver and are not taxis.
How much do I pay to reserve?
A small reservation fee, paid online with PayPal or a card. The form shows the exact amount before you pay. You pay the rest directly to your driver on the day of your ride.

Can I book a ride outside San Juan?
Yes. We cover the whole main island, from Dorado and Fajardo to Ponce, Rincón and Cabo Rojo. Enter your pickup and drop off and the form calculates the price. Vieques and Culebra cannot be reached by car, so we take you to the ferry terminal in Ceiba.
